Founded by Dennis Witte in 1984, Omni is a locally owned and managed commercial real estate development and property management company focused on value-add transactions in the office, industrial and multi-family sectors. Omni provides a variety of real estate services that include; development, property management, and in some instances financial support to the transaction. Dealing directly with the owner (Dennis Witte), and not several levels of “corporate infrastructure”, allows Omni to focus on the Tenant’s needs and provide a direct responsive relationship.

CEO & FOUNDER
Dennis Witte founded Omni Development Corporation in 1984 after working as a Project Manager, Superintendent and Director of Operations for Centric Corporation and Weaver Construction Company. Dennis is involved on a day-to-day basis both in the management of Omni’s existing properties as well as new development projects. Since starting Omni, he has developed, built and/or managed over $50 million in commercial projects in the Denver area. He carries a Class A General Contactors License . Dennis graduated with a B.S. Degree in Math and Biology from Kearney State College in 1974.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Debbie started with Omni in 2004 in a marketing/consulting capacity and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2009. She is responsible for all company financial and accounting practices, banking activities, lease documentation and construction administration. Prior to Omni, Debbie’s background was in commercial real estate banking, where she financed land development and construction projects for both residential and commercial developers in a wide range of product types including detached housing, multi-family, office, and industrial. Debbie graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1984.
PROPERTY MANAGER/OFFICE MANAGER
Linda has been with Omni since 1996. She has 25 years experience in commercial and residential property management. Linda is responsible for many of the daily operations of Omni, including tenant relations, processing daily A/P and A/R transactions, lease preparation, property inspections, managing work orders, coordinating tenant finish projects, and managing all tenant files/documentation and construction documentation. Prior to Omni, she was a Property Manager/Officer Manager for two real estate companies in California.
Jim has been with Omni since 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of Omni’s facilities, including, tenant finish, general building maintenance and digital controls. He is NATE certified. Prior to working for Omni, Jim was Operations Manager for Stock Building Supply for 20 years.
